Pellet Grill Flank Steak Pinwheels

Amazing Pellet Grill Recipe

  • 1 ½ Pound Flank Steak
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley 6 Sprigs (Chopped)
  • Steak Rub (I used Southern Links Steak & Brisket Rub)
  • 1 ½ tbs Olive Oil
  • 3-4 Cloves Garlic (Finely Minced)
  • 1 lime (Squeezed)

Pre Heat your Pellet Pro on High. (Great Recipe to use a Sear Daddy if you have one.) Trim off any fat off of steak. Cut steak horizontally from a long side to within 1/2 in. of opposite side. Open meat so it lies flat; cover with plastic wrap. Flatten to 1/4-in. thickness. Remove plastic. Sprinkle with Steak Rub on both sides. Mix parsley, garlic, lime juice and olive oil in small bowl. Lay your cheese slices onto steak. Spread the parsley mixture on top of cheese.
