INGREDIENTS<\/strong>
12 Eggs
1\/2 Cup of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon \u2013 Dry Mustard
2 teaspoons \u2013
Texas Gourmet Sweet Chipotle Season All<\/a>
1 Jalapeno (seeded and diced)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PREPARATION<\/strong>
For perfect eggs with no green center (caused by overcooking) place 12 eggs in a large pan and cover with 3\u2033 of water. (any amount of eggs, same directions) Start with cold water. Place on burner over medium high heat and immediately start timing for exactly 20 minutes. When water comes to a hard boil reduce heat to medium for duration of cooking time. After 20 minutes remove from heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; place in small bowl. Mash yolks with fork or potato masher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, diced jalapeno,  and sweet chipotle season all until smooth and creamy. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika and top with jalapeno slices<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\nPrint<\/a><\/span>
