Leftover Pulled Pork/Brisket Pizza

Pulled Pork Pizza Delight

We just finished a big cook here and had a good amount of Pulled Pork and Pulled Brisket, but we didn’t want to have sandwiches for the next weeks to come. How else do you mix it up? We put it on one of the most versatile dishes of course, pizza!

Ingredients

  • 1 Ready Made Pizza Crust
  • 2 cups Pizza Sauce
  • Leftover Pulled Pork/Brisket
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Oregano
  • Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
  • Bell Pepper
  • Sweet Onion, Sliced Thin
  • Green Onion, Sliced Thin
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat Smoker to 350F
  2. Saute meat and veggies until the veggies are tender.
  3. Mix olive oil with the garlic and a pinch of salt
  4. Brush pizza crust with the mixture
  5. Mix the BBQ sauce and the pizza sauce together and spread evenly on the pizza crust
  6. Add the meat and veggie mixture to the pizza and top with a mixture of Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese
  7. Sprinkle with Oregano
  8. Cook until desired doneness, about 15 minutes is where we like it
  9. Top with the Green Onions
