Pellet Grill:
Pre-light the MoJo Cube using a propane torch for about 1-2min and place on the Heat Diffuser. Use only 1 to 2 pieces per cook.
Charcoal Grill:
Place the MoJo Cube on top of the bed of hot charcoal. Use only 1 to 2 pieces per cook.
Gas Grill:
Pre-light the MoJo Cube using a propane torch for about 1-2min and place on a metal surface. Do not place directly on top of the gas burner.
Due to the compressed wood design, the MoJo Cubes smoke for a much longer time compared to wood chips or chunks.
They also produce a very high quality smoke to enhance the smoke flavor on your food.
