Used the smoke out blend last week along with the Heavy D on a 20 pound packer brisket. Turned out great! Will be trying the other blends soon!

I just used the Tutti frutti blend in the Magnum P.I.G cold smoker with some apple, cherry chips and charcoal briquettes and pellets. We cold smoked cheese. I had 10 lb of different types of 1lb cheeses. It turned out amazing can’t wait to try them in 2 weeks.
I also cold smoked some ham stakes and sausages with hickory and mesquite wood chips, and smokeout blend wood pellets. The look and smell amazing can’t wait to have them with fried potatoes tonight.
