The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning failed components to Smoke Daddy Inc. Smoke Daddy Inc. will cover shipping costs for replacement components sent back to the customer.
Once a returned component has been received and inspected, Smoke Daddy Inc. will ship the replacement part within 1–2 business days if a factory defect is confirmed. If the component is determined not to be defective, further troubleshooting will be coordinated between Smoke Daddy Inc. and the customer.
For custom smoker applications, warranty coverage may be voided if the cooking chamber size exceeds recommended cubic footage or if the unit is operated for extended or excessive durations beyond normal use parameters.

I’m a grill newbie. When I bought my pellet grill I was told that clean-up was a synch. All I would need to do was open the ash pot release slide and the ash deposit would fall into a cup. That’s it. After my first use I realized that wasn’t quite accurate. The ash buildup in the burn pot was quite extensive, and the release slide wouldn’t move. I ended up having to vacuum the ash out, use a rubber mallet to loosen the slide so I could open it. The ash a way relieves me of that hassle. It’s lift, dump the ash, and put it back. Love it.
