The Heavy D has changed my perspective: I’m no longer selling my workhorse Traeger 780 Pro! After just one cook, smoked chicken thighs for an hour and fifteen minutes with one apple chunk, I brought in the finished thighs and was immediately met with, “That’s smoked chicken!” I haven’t had smoke flavor that good since my Big Green Egg. I could not recommend the Heavy D more!
