Ordered with 2″ extension. Installed on a commercial refrigerator conversion, purpose built for smoking sausage, hotdogs, sticks and bologna. Was looking for parts to build my own to improve temperature fluctuations when I found this. Keeps temps even for a consistent finished product. Would highly recommend for any vertical or cabinet style smoker.
