
Barbecue Baked Beans
Ingredients:
- 1 Pound of Brisket or Pulled Pork
- 1 15oz can of drained black beans
- 1 15oz can of drained dark red kidney beans
- 3 15oz cans of baked beans or pork and beans
- 1 large onion diced
- 3 finely chopped jalepenos
- 4 cloves of chopped garlic
- 2 cups dark brown sugar
- 4 cups of BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup brown mustard
- 1/4lb browned and chopped bacon
Preparation and cooking:
In a large pot or large foil pan add all ingredients and mix together well. After well mixed put in smoker at 200 degrees Fahrenheit, let cook for 2 hours allowing all the flavors to marinate together with the “kiss of smoke”
