They were professional and courteous and knowledgeable and some of the very best help I have ever had. Call the support line, it'll ring Dennis' cell after hours and he will pick up. I have nothing but good things to say about Smoke Daddy. It will be hard to be satisfied with the next organization I need to use support with, since Smoke Daddy has set the expectation of what support should be.

Can’t wait to smoke homemade deer summer sausage with the sportsman’s algorithm… the controller works amazing! Up to temp and holds the temp the whole time. Even with a 15 mph east wind, high was only in the lower 70’s. Thanks Smoke Daddy for producing such a good user friendly product! Also hoping to get the WI-FI connection setup soon!

Dennis and the crew at Smokedaddy are the most customer friendly people I've ever run into. When my Pellet Pro delivery was lost by Australia Post Smoke Daddy sent out a replacement promptly without hesitation. Dan is a great guy and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase items from Smoke Daddy in the future. I had an issue that was mostly my fault and basically by the time i got... read more off the phone with them the second time we had rebuilt the entire electronics of the smoker. I have their vertical pellet smoker with the Heavy D and fan accessories and i just love this smoker. The thought of potentially ruining my smoker was devistating to me but I got them on the phone and in short order they got me what i needed at no charge. It is good to know there are good people building great products right here in the USA. ps; If you haven't cleaned the colleted grease off the bottom for a while be careful when using the HIGH setting. She also took the time to check and give me the best shipping options available for me. I ordered the unit on Wednesday October 05/22 and received by Saturday Oct.08 /22. This unit is built like a tank and I could instantly see and feel the quality and they even put a full sized piece of wood in each slot. Purchased a pellet pro from Smoke Daddy a few years back. Today on 4th of July, I had an issue with my smoker throwing my breaker when I turned it... read more on. Called Smoke Daddy and unfortunately they were closed because it is a Saturday and also a holiday. Their recording said press 0 for a bbq emergency so I did and much to my surprise Dennis answered the phone. I explained my issue and Dennis had a pretty good idea of what the issue was and walked me through how to fix it so I could bbq for the weekend. I rarely see the customer service like this from companies. Smoke Daddy is a top notch company and the people that run this place are second to none. The product is also great as I have had no issues with my pellet pro until recently. I highly recommend doing business with this company and I never give reviews unless it’s exceptional service. You can’t go wrong with the people at Smoke Daddy.

I recently inherited an old Traeger smoker from my father who recently passed. He absolutely loved that smoker and making wonderful food. Unfortunately the electronics we're having issues and needed... read more to be replaced. I received the PID pellet pro and installed it and everything worked fantastic. After a few months I had an issue with the unit blowing fuses and reached out to customer support and emailed with Dan Seppala. Without hesitation he sent me out the replacement parts I needed to get this smoker back up and running.
