What is Smokincense, you ask?
Smokincense is a heavy-duty, reusable stainless steel container, filled with 100% food grade hardwood pellets, with no fillers or additives. It is perfect for cold smoking your favorites- steaks, cheese, salt, whatever you like.
Just fill with your favorite flavor of food grade pellets, hang or place it inside your grill or smoker. Light it with a propane torch or a piece of matchlight charcoal will work. And enjoy hrs of flavorful smoke.
This unique new product has a small footprint. It works amazingly well at temperatures below 200 degrees Fahrenheit. For hotter smoking, we recommend letting your Smokincense burn for fifteen minutes before introducing temperatures above 275 degrees Fahrenheit. At high temperatures, the smoke tends to dissipate and your Smokincense can go out.
A great option for hot smoking is our Smoke Daddy cold smoke generator, which works equally well for hot or cold smoking.

The Smokincense comes with enough food grade pellets for five smoking sessions of two hours each. It is creosote free, and all ash remains in the stainless steel container, not on your food. If you need refills of pellets, we offer them in larger quantities and more varieties on our Pellets page.
The Smokincense comes with a six inch chain for suspension, and can be adjusted where it hangs in your smoker. Very simple to use, and you will be amazed!
