Can be used to remove the ash during a long cook or at the end of each cooking session

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send failed components back to Smoke Daddy Inc. SDI will be responsible for shipping costs for replacements to the customer.
Once the faulty component has been inspected by SDI, SDI will ship out the replacement component within 1-2 business days of receiving. If the component is not found faulty, then the problem must be determined between SDI and the Customer.

Instructions for Warranty Services:

Call SDI at (847) 336-1329 for returns or issues.
Repackage faulty component safely to prevent any further damage
Include: original customer name, copy of original order, purchase date, order #, and explanation of problem.
Send package to provided shipping address
SDI will provide an email once replacement part has been dispatched

I’m a grill newbie. When I bought my pellet grill I was told that clean-up was a synch. All I would need to do was open the ash pot release slide and the ash deposit would fall into a cup. That’s it. After my first use I realized that wasn’t quite accurate. The ash buildup in the burn pot was quite extensive, and the release slide wouldn’t move. I ended up having to vacuum the ash out, use a rubber mallet to loosen the slide so I could open it. The ash a way relieves me of that hassle. It’s lift, dump the ash, and put it back. Love it.

you need this for your pellet bbq. helps extend your burn box. just remember to clean the ash before every BBQ. I have one that I purchase over 5 years ago
