Product Warranty

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send failed components back to Smoke Daddy Inc. SDI will be responsible for shipping costs for replacements to the customer.
Once the faulty component has been inspected by SDI, SDI will ship out the replacement component within 1-2 business days of receiving. If the component is not found faulty, then the problem must be determined between SDI and the Customer.

Instructions for Warranty Services:

Call SDI at (847) 336-1329 for returns or issues.
Repackage faulty component safely to prevent any further damage
Include: original customer name, copy of original order, purchase date, order #, and explanation of problem.
Send package to provided shipping address
SDI will provide an email once replacement part has been dispatched

I ordered this to replace the stock one on my Traeger Texas Elite pellet smoker. (Traeger model BBQ075) The stock diffuser had warped badly and did not do a good job of distributing the heat.
1) This upgraded diffuser fits PERFECTLY. It is dimensionally equivalent to the stock diffuser.
2) The metal on this new 10 gauge unit is twice as thick as the stock unit and is VERY heavy.
I’m definitely satisfied with the build quality of this heat diffuser!

This has been a God send. Awesome company and awesome product! The quality of the diffuser is great. My Pitboss did not come with a diffuser (which I do not get). After a couple of uses of my smoker and the inconsistent temperatures. While researching I just happened to come across this company and I am so glad I did. Not only was I able to get the Pitboss diffuser and when I put it in my smoker, it fit like a glove. And after my first cook with it in place, I can say temperatures are no longer an issue.

Purchased the OEM diffuser after talking to Dan. When I got it, it was the shorter version. I contacted Dan and he sent out the one with the larger sides and notches. It fits perfectly in my RECTEQ RT-590. I also got a shipping label to send back the one sent in error. In today’s times it is great to find great customer service. I would recommend this diffuser to anyone who has problem with their diffuser warping.

I’ve got an Oklahoma Joe’s Rider 600 pellet grill and I added this to even out the temperatures in my grill. Stock this grill doesn’t have a heat diffuser only an arch shaped drip tray. To make it fit along with a Smoke Daddy heavy duty stainless steel drip tray I ended up cutting off about 1/2″ at the bottom to get it to sit slightly lower. This worked great. The grill cooks and works much better. Temperature control(Pellet Pro controller) is now very good. I am pleased and it was easy to make this thing fit inside of the grill, no problem.
