This smoker is legit! I have never used a pellet smoker before but my brother in law has one. He was totally impressed with this setup! I’ve been trying for... read more years to get this level of smoke flavor in my food! The Heavy D heat diffuser upgrade is totally worth it!!! Can’t wait to smoke homemade deer summer sausage with the sportsman’s algorithm… the controller works amazing! Up to temp and holds the temp the whole time. Even with a 15 mph east wind, high was only in the lower 70’s. Thanks Smoke Daddy for producing such a good user friendly product! Also hoping to get the WI-FI connection setup soon!

I had an issue that was mostly my fault and basically by the time i got... read more off the phone with them the second time we had rebuilt the entire electronics of the smoker. I have their vertical pellet smoker with the Heavy D and fan accessories and i just love this smoker. The thought of potentially ruining my smoker was devistating to me but I got them on the phone and in short order they got me what i needed at no charge. It is good to know there are good people building great products right here in the USA. ps; If you haven't cleaned the colleted grease off the bottom for a while be careful when using the HIGH setting. Again SmokeDaddy quickly acknowledged the problem and told me how to fix it. I believe this unit along with some fire bricks has helped to even out the temperature of my grill.

I recently inherited an old Traeger smoker from my father who recently passed. He absolutely loved that smoker and making wonderful food. Unfortunately the electronics we're having issues and needed... read more to be replaced. I received the PID pellet pro and installed it and everything worked fantastic. After a few months I had an issue with the unit blowing fuses and reached out to customer support and emailed with Dan Seppala. Without hesitation he sent me out the replacement parts I needed to get this smoker back up and running. This kind of customer service and backing of their product goes a long way in my book and it had to find nowadays. I will recommend and use their products with high honors. Great selection of wood pellets, good prices and great friendly staff

Was having temp issues with my 7 year old treager pro22. It has been a great grill, I have only replaced the burner pot about 2 year ago. it was... read more suggested to replace the temp prob. The prob did help it get better temps, but the swing was 50+ degrees. Did some hunting and found smoke daddy. Called and talked with a gentleman and he seems very genuine, so I Bought the PID controller and a spare burner pot. The install was very striaght forward for the pid controller. First fire up and WOW! This is truely a PID controller not a timed despenser. This grill is way better than it has ever been. Gets to temp super fast and holds with in +/- 5 degrees. The smell of the pellets burning/smoking is so much better. It also uses way less pellets and can reach 500 degrees. PID controller is worth every penny!!!!! The burn pot is of better quaility as well. The way the holes are shaped and placed helps with cleaner burned pellets and less ash build up in bottom of pot. I will be buying all my future replacement parts from smoke daddy. Keep up the good work guys!

My... read more first smoke was jerky, which was the reason I purchased the smoker. The combination of the circulation fan, sportsman controller low temps and massive cook chamber size allowed me to make some of the best jerky I have made to date. I made about 18 lbs. of pork and turkey jerky. There was plenty of smoke and space! Temps were even side to side and top to bottom. This is a great smoker, and I can't wait to do the 90 lbs. of bacon that I smoke for Christmas gifts. Thanks Smoke Daddy for great products and excellent customer service!!!

She also took the time to check and give me the best shipping options available for me. I ordered the unit on Wednesday October 05/22 and received by Saturday Oct.08 /22. This unit is built like a tank and I could instantly see and feel the quality and they even put a full sized piece of wood in each slot.
