After installation, I noticed that a part had been damaged most likely during shipping, but since I didn’t notice until later, I could know for sure. I bought their “Heavy D” Stick Burning Heat... read more Diffuser, which replaced my *significantly* lighter heat deflector/diffuser that came with my pellet smoker. I LOVE being able to have wood stick smoke in the first 2 hours of crucial smoking time. It works so well. My last brisket had seriously excellent flavor. Smoke Daddy is a great small business creating innovative products. They sell creative solutions that you won't find elsewhere. Also, their customer service is top notch. My... read more first smoke was jerky, which was the reason I purchased the smoker. The combination of the circulation fan, sportsman controller low temps and massive cook chamber size allowed me to make some of the best jerky I have made to date. I made about 18 lbs. of pork and turkey jerky. There was plenty of smoke and space! Temps were even side to side and top to bottom. Was having temp issues with my 7 year old treager pro22. It has been a great grill, I have only replaced the burner pot about 2 year ago. it was... read more suggested to replace the temp prob. The prob did help it get better temps, but the swing was 50+ degrees. Did some hunting and found smoke daddy. Called and talked with a gentleman and he seems very genuine, so I Bought the PID controller and a spare burner pot. The install was very striaght forward for the pid controller. First fire up and WOW! This is truely a PID controller not a timed despenser. This grill is way better than it has ever been. Gets to temp super fast and holds with in +/- 5 degrees. The smell of the pellets burning/smoking is so much better. It also uses way less pellets and can reach 500 degrees. PID controller is worth every penny!!!!! The burn pot is of better quaility as well. The way the holes are shaped and placed helps with cleaner burned pellets and less ash build up in bottom of pot. I will be buying all my future replacement parts from smoke daddy. Keep up the good work guys!

They worked with me to figure out the issue and continued supplying part and resources to resolve the issue. They were professional and courteous and knowledgeable and some of the very best help I have ever had. Call the support line, it'll ring Dennis' cell after hours and he will pick up. I have nothing but good things to say about Smoke Daddy. It will be hard to be satisfied with the next organization I need to use support with, since Smoke Daddy has set the expectation of what support should be.
