After a few months I had an issue with the unit blowing fuses and reached out to customer support and emailed with Dan Seppala. Without hesitation he sent me out the replacement parts I needed to get this smoker back up and running. Purchased a pellet pro from Smoke Daddy a few years back. Today on 4th of July, I had an issue with my smoker throwing my breaker when I turned it... read more on. Called Smoke Daddy and unfortunately they were closed because it is a Saturday and also a holiday. Their recording said press 0 for a bbq emergency so I did and much to my surprise Dennis answered the phone. I explained my issue and Dennis had a pretty good idea of what the issue was and walked me through how to fix it so I could bbq for the weekend. I rarely see the customer service like this from companies. Smoke Daddy is a top notch company and the people that run this place are second to none. The product is also great as I have had no issues with my pellet pro until recently. I highly recommend doing business with this company and I never give reviews unless it’s exceptional service. You can’t go wrong with the people at Smoke Daddy.

I LOVE being able to have wood stick smoke in the first 2 hours of crucial smoking time. It works so well. My last brisket had seriously excellent flavor. The combination of the circulation fan, sportsman controller low temps and massive cook chamber size allowed me to make some of the best jerky I have made to date. I made about 18 lbs. of pork and turkey jerky. There was plenty of smoke and space! Temps were even side to side and top to bottom. Was having temp issues with my 7 year old treager pro22. It has been a great grill, I have only replaced the burner pot about 2 year ago. it was... read more suggested to replace the temp prob. The prob did help it get better temps, but the swing was 50+ degrees. Did some hunting and found smoke daddy. Called and talked with a gentleman and he seems very genuine, so I Bought the PID controller and a spare burner pot. The install was very striaght forward for the pid controller. First fire up and WOW! This is truely a PID controller not a timed despenser. This grill is way better than it has ever been. Gets to temp super fast and holds with in +/- 5 degrees. The smell of the pellets burning/smoking is so much better. It also uses way less pellets and can reach 500 degrees. PID controller is worth every penny!!!!! The burn pot is of better quaility as well. The way the holes are shaped and placed helps with cleaner burned pellets and less ash build up in bottom of pot. I will be buying all my future replacement parts from smoke daddy. Keep up the good work guys!

After installation, I noticed that a part had been damaged most likely during shipping, but since I didn’t notice until later, I could know for sure. I sent an email and a replacement came quicker than I thought possible. I didn’t read any reviews until I went to post mine and I know how they have 5 stars. GREAT company to deal with.

Purchased an pellet pro assembly to use in a custom hybrid offset smoker. It attached well onto an old country brazos and able to maintain temperature using both wood splits... read more and pellet. Works extremely well and produce great smoke. This is the best set up, able to get offset flavors with the convenience of a pellet PID controller!

Ordered through Amazon and the unit came with a piece missing. SmokeDaddy quickly replaced that with no question. Again SmokeDaddy quickly acknowledged the problem and told me how to fix it. I believe this unit along with some fire bricks has helped to even out the temperature of my grill.
