My... read more first smoke was jerky, which was the reason I purchased the smoker. The combination of the circulation fan, sportsman controller low temps and massive cook chamber size allowed me to make some of the best jerky I have made to date. I made about 18 lbs. of pork and turkey jerky. There was plenty of smoke and space! Temps were even side to side and top to bottom. This is a great smoker, and I can't wait to do the 90 lbs. of bacon that I smoke for Christmas gifts. Thanks Smoke Daddy for great products and excellent customer service!!!

I have their vertical pellet smoker with the Heavy D and fan accessories and i just love this smoker. The thought of potentially ruining my smoker was devistating to me but I got them on the phone and in short order they got me what i needed at no charge. It is good to know there are good people building great products right here in the USA. ps; If you haven't cleaned the colleted grease off the bottom for a while be careful when using the HIGH setting. Can’t wait to smoke homemade deer summer sausage with the sportsman’s algorithm… the controller works amazing! Up to temp and holds the temp the whole time. Was having temp issues with my 7 year old treager pro22. It has been a great grill, I have only replaced the burner pot about 2 year ago. it was... read more suggested to replace the temp prob. The prob did help it get better temps, but the swing was 50+ degrees. Did some hunting and found smoke daddy. Called and talked with a gentleman and he seems very genuine, so I Bought the PID controller and a spare burner pot. The install was very striaght forward for the pid controller. First fire up and WOW! This is truely a PID controller not a timed despenser. This grill is way better than it has ever been. Gets to temp super fast and holds with in +/- 5 degrees. The smell of the pellets burning/smoking is so much better. It also uses way less pellets and can reach 500 degrees. PID controller is worth every penny!!!!! The burn pot is of better quaility as well. The way the holes are shaped and placed helps with cleaner burned pellets and less ash build up in bottom of pot. I will be buying all my future replacement parts from smoke daddy. Keep up the good work guys!

Purchased an pellet pro assembly to use in a custom hybrid offset smoker. It attached well onto an old country brazos and able to maintain temperature using both wood splits... read more and pellet. Works extremely well and produce great smoke. This is the best set up, able to get offset flavors with the convenience of a pellet PID controller!

Every time that I have an issue with anything regarding my Smoke Daddy, I can call anytime, including weekends, and I always receive the help that I need. Lately,... read more I sent in my control panel for updates, and it apparently got lost in the mail somehow. Without hesitation, Smoke Daddy Inc. offered to send me a new one if they didn't receive it soon. Well, I just got my new control panel in the mail today. I have nothing but good things to say about Smoke Daddy Inc. and how they have always treated me.

Things break, things don't work out as planned in life but it's how we deal with these challenging times that defines our character. That might seem a bit over board... read more as we are just talking about a smoker but Dennis and the family/team there at Smoke Daddy always rise to the occasion. I've had my vertical for nearly 3 years (30-40+ hours a week is common). I've had to call them twice over that time and every time I screwed something up they where there at the other end of the phone walking me through it. Yes, even 3 years later when the unit is out of warranty and well worn. This commitment to excellence is hard to find but when you do you hold on to it. Buy with confidence and know that you have an ally when you do.

Ordered through Amazon and the unit came with a piece missing. SmokeDaddy quickly replaced that with no question. Then afer using it I discovered I was sent the wrong... read more model - not the one I ordered for a Pit Boss Pellet Grill. Again SmokeDaddy quickly acknowledged the problem and told me how to fix it. I believe this unit along with some fire bricks has helped to even out the temperature of my grill.

These are amazing products for anyone looking to build a custom smoker! We took an old food proofer and made some modifications, adding in all products from Smoke Daddy! The... read more Pellet Pro Hopper is such a great product because of the flexibility you have to try different pellets, set the temperature, and go. It is worth upgrading the heating probe, so we would definitely recommend it. You will see in the photos that we also added the Big Kahuna Cold Smoke Generator for the flexibility of adding smoke for that amazing smoke ring, or to cold smoke some cheese, eggs, bacon, you name it! We love Smoke Daddy and what they have to offer. Their customer service is excellent and Dennis and his crew do it right! If I could give 10 stars I would. I ordered a convection fan to install onto a different brand smoker. The fan came very quickly was easy to... read more install. After installation, I noticed that a part had been damaged most likely during shipping, but since I didn’t notice until later, I could know for sure. I sent an email and a replacement came quicker than I thought possible. I didn’t read any reviews until I went to post mine and I know how they have 5 stars. GREAT company to deal with.

I recently inherited an old Traeger smoker from my father who recently passed. He absolutely loved that smoker and making wonderful food. After a few months I had an issue with the unit blowing fuses and reached out to customer support and emailed with Dan Seppala. Without hesitation he sent me out the replacement parts I needed to get this smoker back up and running. Purchased a pellet pro from Smoke Daddy a few years back. Today on 4th of July, I had an issue with my smoker throwing my breaker when I turned it... read more on. Called Smoke Daddy and unfortunately they were closed because it is a Saturday and also a holiday. Their recording said press 0 for a bbq emergency so I did and much to my surprise Dennis answered the phone. I explained my issue and Dennis had a pretty good idea of what the issue was and walked me through how to fix it so I could bbq for the weekend. I rarely see the customer service like this from companies. Smoke Daddy is a top notch company and the people that run this place are second to none. The product is also great as I have had no issues with my pellet pro until recently. I highly recommend doing business with this company and I never give reviews unless it’s exceptional service. You can’t go wrong with the people at Smoke Daddy.
