After installation, I noticed that a part had been damaged most likely during shipping, but since I didn’t notice until later, I could know for sure. The... read more Pellet Pro Hopper is such a great product because of the flexibility you have to try different pellets, set the temperature, and go. It is worth upgrading the heating probe, so we would definitely recommend it. You will see in the photos that we also added the Big Kahuna Cold Smoke Generator for the flexibility of adding smoke for that amazing smoke ring, or to cold smoke some cheese, eggs, bacon, you name it! We love Smoke Daddy and what they have to offer. Their customer service is excellent and Dennis and his crew do it right! The combination of the circulation fan, sportsman controller low temps and massive cook chamber size allowed me to make some of the best jerky I have made to date. I made about 18 lbs. of pork and turkey jerky. There was plenty of smoke and space! Temps were even side to side and top to bottom. They were professional and courteous and knowledgeable and some of the very best help I have ever had. Call the support line, it'll ring Dennis' cell after hours and he will pick up. I have nothing but good things to say about Smoke Daddy. It will be hard to be satisfied with the next organization I need to use support with, since Smoke Daddy has set the expectation of what support should be.

Purchased a pellet pro from Smoke Daddy a few years back. Today on 4th of July, I had an issue with my smoker throwing my breaker when I turned it... read more on. Called Smoke Daddy and unfortunately they were closed because it is a Saturday and also a holiday. Their recording said press 0 for a bbq emergency so I did and much to my surprise Dennis answered the phone. I explained my issue and Dennis had a pretty good idea of what the issue was and walked me through how to fix it so I could bbq for the weekend. I rarely see the customer service like this from companies. Smoke Daddy is a top notch company and the people that run this place are second to none. The product is also great as I have had no issues with my pellet pro until recently. I highly recommend doing business with this company and I never give reviews unless it’s exceptional service. You can’t go wrong with the people at Smoke Daddy.
