Hey! Received the bolts! Thanks for all your help, Danielle & Dallas. And please thank the rest of the crew. I’ll be bragging you guys up on Easter, while I’m sitting back watching a delicious lamb basting in it’s own juices.😋 I’ll also toast you guys along with my father, whom I have fond memories, starting a great tradition of roasting a whole lamb on Easter Day. I know he would have loved this stainless steel roaster kit! He would say, “It’s time for a cold beer and a cigar, and now we can sit back and enjoy everything.” Those were some of the best memories I have and I’ll be reminiscing with my own son. Thanks again my friends, and you can be sure that I’ll be toasting you guys, along with my Dad, with a good bourbon 🥃 or cold beer 🍺 and a fine cigar! The combination of the heavy duty auger motor and mounting bracket now have my controller keeping the temperature within 2 degrees Fahrenheit of the target. I highly recommend these products. I believe all box store pellet grills should be upgraded with these parts for them to work correctly.

This circulation fan is awesome! I installed it on a Masterbuilt 40" electric smoker. Really helps keep the temps stable, and I kick it on during that last drying phase of my pepperoni sticks. Helps them get that nice shriveled appearance and *snap* texture. Highly recommended for smokers that have a 'dead zone' like mine did.

I bought the Smoke Daddy controller to replace the junk that pitboss installs on their grills and thought I’d probably be okay without buying the auger, motor, fan, pellet fire pot and motor bracket. Boy was I wrong! Smoke Daddy knows what he’s talking about when he makes a recommendation. The controller is amazing and very intuitive, but it WILL cause a burn back without the other upgrades. Do yourself a favor and buy the whole package and save yourself some of the shipping I stubbornly didn’t do for myself. Great product and upgrade that I should’ve done sooner. Thanks Smoke Daddy
