They were professional and courteous and knowledgeable and some of the very best help I have ever had. Call the support line, it'll ring Dennis' cell after hours and he will pick up. I have nothing but good things to say about Smoke Daddy. It will be hard to be satisfied with the next organization I need to use support with, since Smoke Daddy has set the expectation of what support should be.

Purchased an pellet pro assembly to use in a custom hybrid offset smoker. It attached well onto an old country brazos and able to maintain temperature using both wood splits... read more and pellet. Works extremely well and produce great smoke. This is the best set up, able to get offset flavors with the convenience of a pellet PID controller!

Was having temp issues with my 7 year old treager pro22. It has been a great grill, I have only replaced the burner pot about 2 year ago. it was... read more suggested to replace the temp prob. The prob did help it get better temps, but the swing was 50+ degrees. Did some hunting and found smoke daddy. Called and talked with a gentleman and he seems very genuine, so I Bought the PID controller and a spare burner pot. The install was very striaght forward for the pid controller. First fire up and WOW! This is truely a PID controller not a timed despenser. This grill is way better than it has ever been. Gets to temp super fast and holds with in +/- 5 degrees. The smell of the pellets burning/smoking is so much better. It also uses way less pellets and can reach 500 degrees. PID controller is worth every penny!!!!! The burn pot is of better quaility as well. The way the holes are shaped and placed helps with cleaner burned pellets and less ash build up in bottom of pot. I will be buying all my future replacement parts from smoke daddy. Keep up the good work guys!

This smoker is legit! I have never used a pellet smoker before but my brother in law has one. He was totally impressed with this setup! I’ve been trying for... read more years to get this level of smoke flavor in my food! The Heavy D heat diffuser upgrade is totally worth it!!! Can’t wait to smoke homemade deer summer sausage with the sportsman’s algorithm… the controller works amazing! Up to temp and holds the temp the whole time. Even with a 15 mph east wind, high was only in the lower 70’s. Thanks Smoke Daddy for producing such a good user friendly product! Also hoping to get the WI-FI connection setup soon!

Great company quality products!

Things break, things don't work out as planned in life but it's how we deal with these challenging times that defines our character. That might seem a bit over board... read more as we are just talking about a smoker but Dennis and the family/team there at Smoke Daddy always rise to the occasion. I've had my vertical for nearly 3 years (30-40+ hours a week is common). I've had to call them twice over that time and every time I screwed something up they where there at the other end of the phone walking me through it. Yes, even 3 years later when the unit is out of warranty and well worn. This commitment to excellence is hard to find but when you do you hold on to it. Buy with confidence and know that you have an ally when you do.

I’ve owned one of the pellet pro 2300s for about 2 weeks. So far I’ve done more than half a dozen cooks on it. This thing is built... read more like a tank. Smoke Daddy’s attention to detail in the design is great! I’m very impressed by how well it holds temps steady. I’ve also attached the Smoke Daddy Big Kahuna cold smoke generator to it for cold smoking cheese and fish. Both products have worked well for me so far. The customer service at Smoke Daddy is amazing. They respond super quick to all my emails. I would recommend doing business with them. Thanks Smoke Daddy!

Starting off, customer service is outstanding!! Then getting my double door smoker was fast, easy and unit arrived in great condition. Assembly was easy as well. My... read more first smoke was jerky, which was the reason I purchased the smoker. The combination of the circulation fan, sportsman controller low temps and massive cook chamber size allowed me to make some of the best jerky I have made to date. I made about 18 lbs. of pork and turkey jerky. There was plenty of smoke and space! Temps were even side to side and top to bottom. This is a great smoker, and I can't wait to do the 90 lbs. of bacon that I smoke for Christmas gifts. Thanks Smoke Daddy for great products and excellent customer service!!!

Just wanted to let you know that Smoke Daddy Inc. stands by their product. I had an issue that was mostly my fault and basically by the time i got... read more off the phone with them the second time we had rebuilt the entire electronics of the smoker. I have their vertical pellet smoker with the Heavy D and fan accessories and i just love this smoker. The thought of potentially ruining my smoker was devistating to me but I got them on the phone and in short order they got me what i needed at no charge. It is good to know there are good people building great products right here in the USA. ps; If you haven't cleaned the colleted grease off the bottom for a while be careful when using the HIGH setting. After installation, I noticed that a part had been damaged most likely during shipping, but since I didn’t notice until later, I could know for sure. The "Heavy D" stick burning heat diffuser works great and is a great addition of extra smoke for my Traeger.
