The are easy to get in touch with and very responsive. They take great pride in their work and genuinely want you to have the best experience with their products. I have their vertical pellet smoker with the Heavy D and fan accessories and i just love this smoker. The thought of potentially ruining my smoker was devistating to me but I got them on the phone and in short order they got me what i needed at no charge. It is good to know there are good people building great products right here in the USA. ps; If you haven't cleaned the colleted grease off the bottom for a while be careful when using the HIGH setting. She also took the time to check and give me the best shipping options available for me. I ordered the unit on Wednesday October 05/22 and received by Saturday Oct.08 /22. This unit is built like a tank and I could instantly see and feel the quality and they even put a full sized piece of wood in each slot. Talk about looking after the little details which to me always stand out more than just the obvious. I've also had the pleasure of dealing with Dennis and I have to say top notch as well.. Purchased a pellet pro from Smoke Daddy a few years back. Today on 4th of July, I had an issue with my smoker throwing my breaker when I turned it... read more on. Called Smoke Daddy and unfortunately they were closed because it is a Saturday and also a holiday. Their recording said press 0 for a bbq emergency so I did and much to my surprise Dennis answered the phone. I explained my issue and Dennis had a pretty good idea of what the issue was and walked me through how to fix it so I could bbq for the weekend. I rarely see the customer service like this from companies. Smoke Daddy is a top notch company and the people that run this place are second to none. The product is also great as I have had no issues with my pellet pro until recently. I highly recommend doing business with this company and I never give reviews unless it’s exceptional service. You can’t go wrong with the people at Smoke Daddy.

Starting off, customer service is outstanding!! Then getting my double door smoker was fast, easy and unit arrived in great condition. Assembly was easy as well. My... read more first smoke was jerky, which was the reason I purchased the smoker. The combination of the circulation fan, sportsman controller low temps and massive cook chamber size allowed me to make some of the best jerky I have made to date. I made about 18 lbs. of pork and turkey jerky. There was plenty of smoke and space! Temps were even side to side and top to bottom. This is a great smoker, and I can't wait to do the 90 lbs. of bacon that I smoke for Christmas gifts. Thanks Smoke Daddy for great products and excellent customer service!!!

Things break, things don't work out as planned in life but it's how we deal with these challenging times that defines our character. That might seem a bit over board... read more as we are just talking about a smoker but Dennis and the family/team there at Smoke Daddy always rise to the occasion. I've had my vertical for nearly 3 years (30-40+ hours a week is common). I've had to call them twice over that time and every time I screwed something up they where there at the other end of the phone walking me through it. Yes, even 3 years later when the unit is out of warranty and well worn. This commitment to excellence is hard to find but when you do you hold on to it. Buy with confidence and know that you have an ally when you do.
