I have their vertical pellet smoker with the Heavy D and fan accessories and i just love this smoker. The thought of potentially ruining my smoker was devistating to me but I got them on the phone and in short order they got me what i needed at no charge. It is good to know there are good people building great products right here in the USA. ps; If you haven't cleaned the colleted grease off the bottom for a while be careful when using the HIGH setting. This unit is built like a tank and I could instantly see and feel the quality and they even put a full sized piece of wood in each slot. Ordered through Amazon and the unit came with a piece missing. SmokeDaddy quickly replaced that with no question.
