The combination of the circulation fan, sportsman controller low temps and massive cook chamber size allowed me to make some of the best jerky I have made to date. I made about 18 lbs. of pork and turkey jerky. There was plenty of smoke and space! Temps were even side to side and top to bottom. This is a great smoker, and I can't wait to do the 90 lbs. of bacon that I smoke for Christmas gifts. Thanks Smoke Daddy for great products and excellent customer service!!!

Purchased an pellet pro assembly to use in a custom hybrid offset smoker. It attached well onto an old country brazos and able to maintain temperature using both wood splits... read more and pellet. Works extremely well and produce great smoke. This is the best set up, able to get offset flavors with the convenience of a pellet PID controller!

Purchased a pellet pro from Smoke Daddy a few years back. Today on 4th of July, I had an issue with my smoker throwing my breaker when I turned it... read more on. Called Smoke Daddy and unfortunately they were closed because it is a Saturday and also a holiday. Their recording said press 0 for a bbq emergency so I did and much to my surprise Dennis answered the phone. I explained my issue and Dennis had a pretty good idea of what the issue was and walked me through how to fix it so I could bbq for the weekend. I rarely see the customer service like this from companies. Smoke Daddy is a top notch company and the people that run this place are second to none. The product is also great as I have had no issues with my pellet pro until recently. I highly recommend doing business with this company and I never give reviews unless it’s exceptional service. You can’t go wrong with the people at Smoke Daddy.

Smoke Daddy’s attention to detail in the design is great! I’m very impressed by how well it holds temps steady. I’ve also attached the Smoke Daddy Big Kahuna cold smoke generator to it for cold smoking cheese and fish. Both products have worked well for me so far. I bought their “Heavy D” Stick Burning Heat... read more Diffuser, which replaced my *significantly* lighter heat deflector/diffuser that came with my pellet smoker. I LOVE being able to have wood stick smoke in the first 2 hours of crucial smoking time. It works so well. My last brisket had seriously excellent flavor. Smoke Daddy is a great small business creating innovative products. They sell creative solutions that you won't find elsewhere. Also, their customer service is top notch. The... read more Pellet Pro Hopper is such a great product because of the flexibility you have to try different pellets, set the temperature, and go. It is worth upgrading the heating probe, so we would definitely recommend it. You will see in the photos that we also added the Big Kahuna Cold Smoke Generator for the flexibility of adding smoke for that amazing smoke ring, or to cold smoke some cheese, eggs, bacon, you name it!
