I have their vertical pellet smoker with the Heavy D and fan accessories and i just love this smoker. The thought of potentially ruining my smoker was devistating to me but I got them on the phone and in short order they got me what i needed at no charge. It is good to know there are good people building great products right here in the USA. ps; If you haven't cleaned the colleted grease off the bottom for a while be careful when using the HIGH setting. The combination of the circulation fan, sportsman controller low temps and massive cook chamber size allowed me to make some of the best jerky I have made to date. I made about 18 lbs. of pork and turkey jerky. There was plenty of smoke and space! Temps were even side to side and top to bottom. When my Pellet Pro delivery was lost by Australia Post Smoke Daddy sent out a replacement promptly without hesitation. Dan is a great guy and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase items from Smoke Daddy in the future. After installation, I noticed that a part had been damaged most likely during shipping, but since I didn’t notice until later, I could know for sure. I sent an email and a replacement came quicker than I thought possible. I didn’t read any reviews until I went to post mine and I know how they have 5 stars. GREAT company to deal with.

They were professional and courteous and knowledgeable and some of the very best help I have ever had. Call the support line, it'll ring Dennis' cell after hours and he will pick up. It will be hard to be satisfied with the next organization I need to use support with, since Smoke Daddy has set the expectation of what support should be.
