I had an issue that was mostly my fault and basically by the time i got... read more off the phone with them the second time we had rebuilt the entire electronics of the smoker. I have their vertical pellet smoker with the Heavy D and fan accessories and i just love this smoker. The thought of potentially ruining my smoker was devistating to me but I got them on the phone and in short order they got me what i needed at no charge. It is good to know there are good people building great products right here in the USA. ps; If you haven't cleaned the colleted grease off the bottom for a while be careful when using the HIGH setting. Purchased a pellet pro from Smoke Daddy a few years back. Today on 4th of July, I had an issue with my smoker throwing my breaker when I turned it... read more on. Called Smoke Daddy and unfortunately they were closed because it is a Saturday and also a holiday. Their recording said press 0 for a bbq emergency so I did and much to my surprise Dennis answered the phone. I explained my issue and Dennis had a pretty good idea of what the issue was and walked me through how to fix it so I could bbq for the weekend. I rarely see the customer service like this from companies. Smoke Daddy is a top notch company and the people that run this place are second to none. The product is also great as I have had no issues with my pellet pro until recently. I highly recommend doing business with this company and I never give reviews unless it’s exceptional service. You can’t go wrong with the people at Smoke Daddy.

The... read more Pellet Pro Hopper is such a great product because of the flexibility you have to try different pellets, set the temperature, and go. It is worth upgrading the heating probe, so we would definitely recommend it. You will see in the photos that we also added the Big Kahuna Cold Smoke Generator for the flexibility of adding smoke for that amazing smoke ring, or to cold smoke some cheese, eggs, bacon, you name it! I recently inherited an old Traeger smoker from my father who recently passed. He absolutely loved that smoker and making wonderful food. After a few months I had an issue with the unit blowing fuses and reached out to customer support and emailed with Dan Seppala. Without hesitation he sent me out the replacement parts I needed to get this smoker back up and running.
