It will be hard to be satisfied with the next organization I need to use support with, since Smoke Daddy has set the expectation of what support should be.

Starting off, customer service is outstanding!! Then getting my double door smoker was fast, easy and unit arrived in great condition. Assembly was easy as well. The combination of the circulation fan, sportsman controller low temps and massive cook chamber size allowed me to make some of the best jerky I have made to date. I made about 18 lbs. of pork and turkey jerky. There was plenty of smoke and space! Temps were even side to side and top to bottom. This is a great smoker, and I can't wait to do the 90 lbs. of bacon that I smoke for Christmas gifts. Thanks Smoke Daddy for great products and excellent customer service!!!

Without hesitation, Smoke Daddy Inc. offered to send me a new one if they didn't receive it soon. Well, I just got my new control panel in the mail today. I have nothing but good things to say about Smoke Daddy Inc. and how they have always treated me.

Again SmokeDaddy quickly acknowledged the problem and told me how to fix it. I believe this unit along with some fire bricks has helped to even out the temperature of my grill.

Their recording said press 0 for a bbq emergency so I did and much to my surprise Dennis answered the phone. I explained my issue and Dennis had a pretty good idea of what the issue was and walked me through how to fix it so I could bbq for the weekend. I rarely see the customer service like this from companies. Smoke Daddy is a top notch company and the people that run this place are second to none. The product is also great as I have had no issues with my pellet pro until recently. I highly recommend doing business with this company and I never give reviews unless it’s exceptional service. You can’t go wrong with the people at Smoke Daddy.
